JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Sales/Business Development Department : Sales/Customer Service/Marketing
Reports To: President
Employment Status: Full Time (40 hours per week + overtime as needed)
Salary: Base Salary + Commission
Overview:
The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will work with the customer throughout their project. From new lead generation through final completion of builds the CRM will be the customer’s main contact point to ensure they get the best service possible.
The ideal candidate for this position will already be involved in the overland and offroad lifestyle and have a good working knowledge of the gear and equipment needed. They will be our main contact with our customers and so will become the face of the company to those people.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Work with leads/customers over the phone, in person or by email/messenger to determine their intended vehicle use (i.e.weekend warrior/daily driver - dedicated overland vehicle) and budget for the project
-Considering the budget and desired use, CRM will assist in selection of the best products and services to achieve the customers goals with their custom build focusing on our tried and tested brands and products first and foremost
-Advise customers of possible conflicts or additional services/parts needed to complete the job properly and, if needed the best way to go about the build in stages to work with current and future goals
-Build accurate quotes/estimates and collect payment
-Managing online and walk in parts sales
-Assist with new marketing and lead generation including but not limited to social media
Other Duties As Needed:
-Scheduling work
-Ordering parts and managing inventory
-Attending shows or local events to help attract new business and maintain a relationship with current customers
-Answering phones, keeping showroom clean and presentable
Minimum Requirements:
-Sales or Service Advisor / Customer Service
-Must be organized and motivated to work with customers to obtain sales and able to uphold the values of Trailtec 4x4 with honesty, integrity and a true desire to take care of the customer and their vehicles
-Knowledge of 4WD vehicles with a desire to learn and assist customers with what’s best for their specific vehicle and intended use
-Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent.
-Must be legally eligible to work in the USA
-Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record and have the ability to report to work on time for their regularly scheduled shifts
-Able to pass criminal background check and random drug screenings
Background in marketing and business development would be preferred.
Full Time Benefits After 90 Days:
-7 Paid Major Holidays, 3 paid flex/personal days
-Discounts on parts for personal vehicles and use of shop for installation
-1 week paid vacation after 1 year
